FERMENTED TEA LEAF RICE SALAD

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Cooked Jasmine Rice

  • 1 1/2 oz Peanuts

  • 1/2 oz Sesame Seeds

  • 1 1/2 oz Sunflower Seeds

  • 1 1/2 oz Garlic Chips

  • Lemon

  • 2 oz of Cucumbers and Cherry Tomatoes

  • 3 oz Burma Love Foods Fermented Tea Leaf Dressing

  • 1 Tsp Spicy Burmese Shrimp Paste

  • Crushed Garlic (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into bowl and mix thoroughly.

  2. Add lemon to taste.

  3. Add sliced cucumber and cherry tomatoes to garnish.

  4. Enjoy with your choice of protein.
