TEA AIOLI EGG SALAD SANDWICH

Ingredients:

  • Soft White Bread of your choice

  • 4 Large Eggs

  • 1/4 Tsp Sugar

  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt

  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

  • 2 Tsp Milk

  • 3 Tbsp Burma Love Foods Tea Aioli

  • 1/8 Chopped Green Onion (optional)

  • 1/4 Tsp Paprika

  • 1 Tsp Yellow Mustard (optional)

Directions:

  1. Put the eggs in a medium saucepan and pour water until it covers the eggs. Bring it to a boil on medium heat and once boiling, cook for 12 minutes.

  2. Once finished cooking, transfer the eggs to iced water to stop further cooking. Let cool completely and peel the eggshells.

  3. Transfer the peeled eggs in a bowl and mash with a fork. Try to mash egg whites into small, same-sized pieces.

  4. Stir in the Tea Aioli, milk, mustard and green onion. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and paprika. Stir and serve between two loaves of white bread.
